Guidelines for Visitors Jedovnice
We take care of your safety and make sure our trails last as long as possible. Therefore, we ask you to abide by the Guidelines for Visitors.

The fee for riding our trails is to be paid in the Base in Jedovnice. The fee is voluntary and shall be used for maintenance of our trails, their further development and payments for rent to the owners of forested land that they lead through.

Please take note that you use our trails at your own risk. Under no circumstances shall the operator of the trails be reliable for any possible injuries sufferred by riders on the trails. In case of an emergency or injury, please call 155 (First Aid service).

Visitors are obliged to respect directions published at the website (www.singlekras.cz), instructions of the personel, forest owners and their employees, and the marking on or at the actual trails (one-way traffic, closed sections, crossings etc.).

Riding on our trails is allowed only with appropriate helmet on. The trails are not intended for motorcycle riders, hikers / pedestrians or riding a horse.

Minors under 12 years of age are allowed to ride the trails only when accompanied by a major.

Dogs are not allowed on the trails.

Users are forbidden to ride into sections that are closed for the particular day. Information on where to ride and where not to are always provided on the website. We recommend to follow the website and information therein before every visit to the Singletrail Moravský kras.

It is forbidden to ride the trails during periods of snowing or black ice. Trails shall never be used in extreme wet weather, either.

Riders are not allowed to ride beyond and outside the marked paths and trails, or ride or access places and location marked as NO GO (access forbidden), e.g. during harvesting or loading of timber, or if windthrows occur in the vicinity etc.

In order to avoid disturbing foraging animals and minimize risks related to the performance of gamekeeping laws, the trails are open 2 hours after sunrise, and closed 2 hours before sunset. It is forbidden to ride the trails at night.

Visitors are forbidden to destroy the trails and markings in any manner. Should it happen that they discover a defect, they are obliged to report it at the Jedovnice Base after return.

Users are obliged to behave and act in such way while riding the trail so that they never present a threat or danger for any other visitors of the forest, do not damage environment in the area, and are never and impediment to activities of the forest owners, especially in regard to forestry. They are also obliged to respect highway code.

Cyclists must adapt their speed to their physical abilites and riding skills. At the same time, they are obliged to give way to faster riders who may catch up with them.

Visitors are accountable for guarding their personal belongings. We recommend that you never leave your things unattended.

It is strictly forbidden to ride the trails when under influence of alcohol or any drugs.

Furthermore, the following is prohibited in the forests:

disturb the silence and pease
-
collect seedlings and young plants of forest trees and bushes
-
collect seeds of forest trees and bushes or mistletoe
-
pick forest fruits by a manner that destroys the forest
-
drive and park motor vehicles
-
access fenced areas or places marked as no-go zone
-
access area where lumber is harvested, and where logs are manipulated or transported
-
ride bicycle, horse, sledge or ski away from forest paths and marked trails
-
smoke, set and maintain open fires and camp outside places designated for it
-
throw away burning or smouldering items
-
disturb water regime and rake bedding material
-
litter the forest
